Refund Policy

At ProLeads Today, we are committed to providing high-quality digital marketing services and transparent communication. Because our services involve strategic planning, consulting, digital advertising management, and work that begins immediately upon engagement, our refund policy is as follows.

Monthly Marketing Services

Monthly management fees are non-refundable once work has begun. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Google Ads Management

  • Local Service Ads (LSA) Management

  • Social Media Advertising

  • Website Optimization

  • Marketing Strategy and Consulting

  • Reporting and Analytics

Clients may cancel recurring monthly services at any time with 30 days' written notice. Services will continue through the current billing period, and no refunds will be issued for partial months.

Setup Fees

Any setup or onboarding fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. These fees cover activities such as:

  • Account setup

  • Campaign creation

  • Tracking implementation

  • Keyword research

  • Competitor research

  • Analytics configuration

  • Initial strategy development

  • Landing page configuration

Advertising Spend

Advertising budgets paid directly to third-party platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or other advertising networks, are not controlled by ProLeads Today and are subject to each platform's individual policies. ProLeads Today cannot refund advertising spend that has already been charged or spent.

One-Time Projects

Payments for one-time services, including website development, audits, consulting engagements, landing pages, content creation, or technical implementations, are non-refundable once project work has begun.

If a project is canceled before work has started, any refund will be issued at ProLeads Today's discretion, less any administrative or processing costs incurred.

Chargebacks

If you have a question regarding a charge, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue promptly. Initiating a chargeback for services that have been delivered or are actively being performed may result in immediate suspension of services and collection efforts for outstanding balances.
